Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to support a critical government-related entity in achieving their goals. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves working both remotely and on-site in Dayton, Ohio. The successful candidate will act as a trusted liaison, providing technical training, solving complex issues, and ensuring continuous value attainment for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, particularly in NoSQL technologies, containerization, and cloud services, who also has experience working with government clients. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between customers and the internal team, providing valuable feedback and solving technical issues.
Location: Ohio, USA
This role is in a hybrid capacity, working both remotely and in the field in Dayton, Ohio. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the field location. This role is not eligible for hybrid or remote work.
Responsibilities:
• Be the trusted liaison between our most valued customers and the team to ensure continuous value attainment and issue resolution.
• Provide Product Management, Engineering, and internal stakeholders with regular feedback regarding customer demands and trends.
• Advocate and educate use cases, features, and best practice materials to customers with presentations and high-level demonstrations.
• Run deep technical customer training and enablement sessions comfortably.
• Solve technical problems of our clients with the best solution for the client in mind.
• Grow product usage and footprint at the customer to ensure renewals and enable expansion.
• Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
• Active Top Secret Clearance TS/SCI or in the process of TS/SCI certification.
• Experience working with Federal Government and/or DoD clients.
• Prior experience with NoSQL technologies.
• Proficient in containerization systems (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Python, JupyterLab, Spark, and/or SQL for developing ETL applications.
• Confident with at least one of the major Cloud providers (AWS).
• Comfortable with Unix/Linux system administration (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Strong troubleshooting and excellent technical communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Nice to Have:
• Previous experience with Graph databases or frameworks.
• ML, AI, Graph analytics.
• Experience with programming languages, e.g., Java, C++, JavaScript, Golang.
Technical understanding of data and ML tooling, workflows, and trends in enterprise settings.
