ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generates and maintains detailed production status reports for projects assigned to and presents status reports at regular project status meetings.
- Manages priorities of the manufacturing assembly work based on the needs of the projects and availability of parts.
- Organizes and manages training device teardown, pack, and shipping efforts.
- Coordinates with Quality Assurance, Hardware Engineering and Procurement representatives daily.
- Provides field support to manufacturing technicians during device installations, integration, and test.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
ENTRY - 0 to 2 Years
MID - 2 to 5 Years
SENIOR - 5+ Years
- Must be able to read/interpret engineering drawings and derive methods (Work Orders, Material Requisitions, etc.) to produce products defined by engineering drawings.
- Must have experience with ERP/MRP systems as it pertains to the manufacturing process. Epicor experience is desired.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and more.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions using American standard units in weight, measurement, volume and distance.
ADDITIONAL REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to communicate in English as well as adapt communication style and messaging at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to work in a project-oriented environment and quickly adapt to change and thrive in an environment where there are constant schedule demands.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with vendors, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Must be highly organized, have a keen attention to detail and be process oriented.
- Must be self-disciplined and able to work with little or no supervision.
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Epicor in a manufacturing/prototype environment.
- Experience using JIRA Issue Tracking System
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

- Due to contractual requirements must be a United States Citizen
- Must be able to pass an initial background check.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense security clearance. Employee/selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (as required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Required to communicate in English.
- Hours of work may vary depending on business needs.
- Occasional on-call or after-hours work may be necessary to handle emergencies or support special projects.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Required to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel and to manipulate keys on a keyboard.

- Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions (e.g., hot, cold, dusty, noisy areas, both indoors and outdoors).

- Ability to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The Facilities Technician typically works in both office and manufacturing settings.
- The role may involve exposure to noise, heat, dust, chemicals, and moving machinery. Appropriate safety equipment and precautions are required.
- The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate with periods of loud noise where ear protection may be required or desired.
- The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff. There may be occasional interactions with customers.
