Program Management Analyst

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Management Analyst to work with the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Special Operations Forces (ISR & SOF) Directorate.

This is a full-time position located at Wright-Patterson, AFB, OH. The position may allow for a hybrid work schedule (2 days from home) at the customer's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program/project analysis, planning, organizing, and presenting program/project activities, including program/project management concepts, analyses, studies and procedures as needed.
• Assist with reviewing and editing briefings that may contain Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) information for Division and Program Executive Officer Reviews.
• Support reviews and data analysis including Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting in the Monthly Acquisition Report (MAR), Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) and Selected Acquisition Report (SAR).
• Assist configuration control personnel with electronic checklists through the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) to monitor/evaluate directorate data.
• Assist with updating and editing organizational charts and recall rosters in support of Branches within the Division.
• Assist with coordinating Travel for Division leadership utilizing DTS.
• Assist with closely managing calendars for Division leadership utilizing outlook.
• Assist configuration control personnel with review and data analysis using the PMRT- Mar App (Program Management Resource Tool - Monthly Activity Report Application).
• Reviewing the content of the directorate electronic workflow mailbox and assisting with compiling and integrating directorate data into the directorate SharePoint suspense task tracking system.
• Assist in compiling, formatting and storing division inputs to taskings to support development of the directorate response and transmitting approved responses to specified organizations.
• Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings for Division leadership and managing and tracking tasks using the Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Assist with supporting, coordinating, and tracking of training and readiness of personnel across the Division.
• Assist with reviewing and distributing PEO policies and guidance.
• Manage the inspector general electronic management system, and report updates quarterly, as required, to AFLCMC and HQ AFMC.
• Assist the directorate with DoD Inspector General (IG), Air Force audit agency, Government accountability office, and Air Force inspection agency audit activity support.
• Support the team with all basic administrative duties, as needed, to include initiating military personnel actions to update and correct duty title/rater changes, organizational data collection, evaluation, and military feedback programs.
• Assist with preparation of all WIN awards & Medals for Civilians and Military, as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience:

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: TS w/SCI & SAP eligibility
Education: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: 20 years relevant experience including 5 years supporting the DoD
Additional Experience: Combination of experience using the following tools/systems:

• Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT)
• Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Program Management Resource Tool (PMRT)
• Task Management Tool (TMT)
• SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: Minimum of 15 years relevant experience
