Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a large-scale Department of Defense Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO) program supporting Information Enterprise (IE) and Security Access Programs (SAP). In this role you will provide system analysis for large scale complex enterprise systems and component systems to enhance current or implement new future state capabilities.

Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a large-scale Department of Defense Chief Information Officer (DoD CIO) program supporting Information Enterprise (IE) and Security Access Programs (SAP). In this role you will provide system analysis for large scale complex enterprise systems and component systems to enhance current or implement new future state capabilities.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct data extraction, profiling, mapping, and reconciliation across enterprise systems.
- Create implementation or integration approaches for applications and components
- Translate system requirements into detailed design specifications
- Possesses in depth knowledge of the enterprise, logic, systems, programming, and components, and a broad range of knowledge across the organization business, data, technology, applications, and organizational views.
- Provides support in the areas of analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software, systems, and technologies.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate business processes or optimize existing information systems.
- Analyze, design, evaluate, and plan business architectures and information technology systems architectures to optimize the enterprise information technology architecture.
- Provide technical assistance to organization on existing and new technology in all areas of information technology such as platform, operations, network, applications, and security.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field such as information technology, computer science, mathematics, engineering or physics.
- 10+ years' progressive experience in system engineering.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the enterprise, logic, systems, programming, and components, and a broad range of knowledge across the organization business, data, technology, applications, and organizational views
- Demonstrated understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) information management and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of DoD Information Enterprise and Special Access Programs.
