The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Supporting a fast-paced high-profile environment.
- Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Meticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheets.
- Support the Security Manager to maintain a strong security posture for the security organization.
- Develop, and maintain security education and training resources for the security organization.
- Provide educational and informative resources that will help advance security personnel from novice to subject matter expert (SME).
- Become knowledgeable with government and corporate security policies and procedures.
- Manage and order supplies and offer security support for meetings.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, and 6 years additional education and/or administrative or security-related experience
- Candidate must have and be able to maintain a U.S. Government final security clearance at the Secret level with the ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet business needs
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain access to a special access program
- Candidate must be organized and efficient at time management
- Candidate must have experience with computer and desktop Microsoft office software products (Word, Excel etc...)
- Ability to sit and/or stand throughout the day
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with databases such as SIMS, JPAS/DISS, JADE.
- Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM rule and DoDM 5205.07 V1-4
- Self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in a variety of program areas.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communication
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word)
