Work you'll do
Formulating FEMA Public Assistance CAT A, CAT B, and CAT E projects stemming from Hurricanes Idalia, Debby, Helene, and Milton, and Florida Panhandle tornadoes. This position need to be familiar with FEMA PA and the documentation requirements necessary to create a FEMA PA projects, as well as the documentation needed for force account labor, force account equipment, force account materials, and contract projects.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- 2+ years of experience in the following:
- Grants management experience at the state, local and/or federal level supporting disaster recovery programs.
- Managing disaster grant, FEMA's Public Assistance Grant Program.
- Executing risk management strategies that ensure continuity of operations and providing guidance to executive stakeholders on claims management following a disaster.
- Advising federal, state, or local government stakeholders on strategies to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters.
