Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Core Truth Model (CTM) Analyst

BlueHalo is seeking a talented and experienced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Core Truth Model (CTM) Analyst to support the development and sustainment of MDA Modeling and Simulation Core Truth Models. In this role, you will provide systems engineering support, coordinating technical activities and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the successful integration of CTM into M&S frameworks. You will also support hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) testing, digital assessments, and training events for U.S. Combatant Command (COCOM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist with technical discussions for CTM near and long-range planning within M&S Framework use cases.
• Develop and integrate CTM into M&S Framework truth services.
• Assist with requirement definition for signatures, lethality, and environment modeling, contributing to MASC-T IPTs.
• Lead the development and presentation of technical briefings for all leadership levels.
• Coordinate and support CTM Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) process.
• Develop and manage schedules, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for planning, development, and integration efforts.
• Facilitate meetings to balance stakeholders' needs, technical capabilities, and schedule constraints.
• Lead and assist with CTM M&S Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) activities.
• Support CTM developmental integration and checkout in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications:

Required:

• Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of experience in lieu of a Master's.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Strong technical knowledge of models and simulations, particularly in digital and HWIL environments.
• Experience with M&S integration, test planning, and execution.
• Knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) elements and overall architecture.
• 5 to 12 years of M&S engineering experience, including requirements definition and functional analysis.
• General understanding of Missile Defense Agency (MDA) processes and policies.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas and produce/present clear, well-organized presentations for diverse audiences.
