Data Scientist

Markesman Group is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to analyze complex data sets, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, programming, and statistical analysis, with experience in the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and statistical analyses.
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze large data sets to extract meaningful insights.
- Write efficient code using Python, R, or SQL for data processing and modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into business operations.
- Apply best practices in data science methodologies and software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- TS/SCI Government Clearance
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
- Expertise in data manipulation and cleaning techniques.
