Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a IT Cyber Operations Team Lead to supporting a cutting edge company. This is a hybrid job opportunity based out of Denver, CO. The IT Cyber Operations Team Lead will manage day-to-day IT Operations, directly support the ISSM and IA FedRAMP Shop, and handle various tasks and initiatives related to NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP, and IAM/Microsoft administration. This is a senior level position that covers IT Infrastructure Management, CyberSecurity, and Operations.

Responsibilities for the IT Cyber Operations Team Lead include:
- Oversee and manage daily IT and Cyber Operations, collaborate with ISSM and IA teams to ensure cyber security compliance is met, and support long-term initiatives focused on migrations, integrations, and compliance.
- Handle IT tasks related to configurations, user access management, microsoft administration, hardware, network security.
- Support cybersecurity management and controls implementation, vulnerability management, endpoint security, risk management, and COSMEC equipment management.
Required Qualifications for the IT Cyber Operations Team Lead include:
- 5+ years of experience with IT Operations, CyberSecurity, Systems Administration
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Team, Exchange, AD, Sharepoint), Information Assurance (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP), and basic systems and network infrastructure
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, Sec+, or related certification
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation for the IT Cyber Operations Team Lead include:
- Salary Range: $100,000-140,000 **depending on experience**
