Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to join a DoD contract based in Honolulu, HI. This position requires an active Secret Clearance and will require onsite attendance.

Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
  • Support complex deliverables for the Air Force portfolio.
  • Provide data analysis updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings/forums.
  • Develop and present meeting materials.
  • Implement business transformation and strategy/policy for a 180,000+ person enterprise.
  • Maintain governance and programmatic documents for consistency across Air Force bases.
  • Analyze transformation requirements and provide strategic updates.
  • Enable organizational change management and policy integration.
  • Centralize data and develop unique data presentation methods.

Qualifications of the Data Analyst:
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Understanding of PowerBI, SharePoint, and Microsoft suite.
  • Associate degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Must be able to be onsite at JBPHH 1-3 days per week.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation for the Data Analyst:
  • Salary: $100,000-135,000/year (flexible based on experience).
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, sick leave if required by law.
