Leidos, in collaboration with the 363rd ISRW, has an exciting opening for a Command Support Staff Program Administrator at Joint-Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, VA. This is a prime opportunity to utilize your experience and contribute to the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command.

You will also provide sound information for skill development, leadership abilities, and assist in identifying the best personnel for advancement. As a member of the Commanders Support Staff, your mission will be to track, review, edit, and oversee Enlisted Performance Reports, Decorations, and Award packages. You will coordinate the talent management systems with integrity and fairness, providing realistic feedback for Airmen to improve. Additionally, you will be responsible for COVID reporting for the Unit.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Track Enlisted Performance Reports (EPRs), Decorations, and 1206 submissions.
- Ensure adherence to AFI 36-2406, the Officer and Enlisted Evaluations System.
- Review reports for readability, grammar, and proper format.
- Check the quality of reports and award documents.
- Ensure all reports are submitted on time.
- Work with the Commander Support Staff of subordinate units regarding the Evaluation System.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. High School Diploma and 10+ years of related experience are required.
- Must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Knowledge of AFI 36-2406.
- Experience serving as an Air Force Section/Flight Chief or Superintendent.
- Previous Air Force writing experience.
- Excellent presentation, organization, analytic skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- May require 10% travel.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of Air Force PME.
- Air Force ISR experience.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Minimum of 10 years of writing experience.
