Job Summary
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Strategic Support Analyst position and join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
The Strategic Support Analyst provides data-driven insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making in an organization. This role typically includes researching industry trends, evaluating business strategies, and improving operational efficiency.
This position is a renewable 10-month performance period for Amazon, and the primary responsibility is to provide strategic guidance and assistance across the international and global customer groups inside of Amazin Kuiper.
Skills/Experience Required:
* An Active Secret Clearance is needed for this position
Senior-Level 10+ years of experience:
* Extensive experience in strategic planning, market research, or business operations
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Ability to drive high-level decision-making and influence organizational strategy
* Experience with federal programs, contracting, or military operations is preferred
Required Skills and Experience for the Strategic Support Analyst:
Task 1: Action Item and Task Gathering, Analyzing, and Status Reporting
* Work closely with the Amazon Kuiper Global/International Group to identify and prioritize action items and tasks
* Strong organizational skills and experience with tracking tools like Excel, Jira, or other project management software
* Create and maintain detailed reports tracking tasks, issues, and action items.
* Proficiency in report writing and creating presentations for leadership
* Craft papers and materials to assist leadership in decision-making and progress tracking
* Clear communication and the ability to synthesize complex information will be key
Task 2: Support Customer Engagements and Communications
* Manage materials and information for senior leadership, especially for customer interactions
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be needed to ensure the materials are up-to-date and relevant.
* Point of contact for coordinating communications with senior leadership, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
Task 3: Event Planning and Coordination
* Develop and coordinate events, such as office calls, conferences, mission briefs, and visits from distinguished guests
* Strong organizational skills, experience in event planning, and the ability to manage multiple logistics
* Experience working as a senior enlisted leader or as part of the Commander's Action Group (CAG)
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively work as a member of larger dynamic teams
* Must be willing to work inside USG facilities
* Ability to work across different groups within Amazon Kuiper, including international teams
Education / Certifications

* Bachelor's degree
