The Opportunity:
As a CACI-Mission Engineering & Support Senior All Source Analyst in the Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) Analytical Network (SAN) you will provide embedded analytical network support to SOCNORTH other government agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland. Embedded analysts will provide intelligence analysis and analytical products to support SOCNORTH targeting efforts, threat assessments, and joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment in support of SOCNORTH, USSOCOM, and USNORTHCOM objectives. Your analyses and assessments will coordinate and integrate all pertinent input and data from other SAN analysts, Alaskan Command (ALCOM) and the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and associated elements; U.S. Law Enforcement Agencies (including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); and other DoD agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCNORTH mission priorities as they intersect with the embedded agency in the defense of the Homeland. You will also serve as key member of a threat analyses and assessment team directly supporting the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as embedded Intel and Target Analyst.
  • Supervises the development of detailed threat analysis and assessments against a range of national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.
  • Leverages and delivers the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Support HUMINT activities with all source analysis
  • Conducts all-source research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
  • Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), specifically Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Geopathic Intelligence (GEOINT) analysis
  • Retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard information developing products to support the mission.
  • Be prepared to deploy as necessary for mission support and surge requirements.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, an associate degree and 15+ years of experience, or 20+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of five years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.


Desired:
  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.
  • Experience directly supporting HUMINT operations and activities.
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Current Polygraph or ability to undergo Polygraph for access to required systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100 - 172,400 USD
