Position requires the ability to obtain a US secret clearance, which requires proof of US citizenship.
Onsite work is required in the Cambridge Site office.

Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the performance, functionality, and durability of hardware products.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware products to ensure compliance with specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of hardware defects and implement preventive measures for malfunctions to minimize future occurrences.
- Contribute to requirements development, propose ways forward, and adapt appropriately to changes in requirements.
- Perform analytical modeling and finite element analysis of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Provide insight and suggest design modifications based on analysis outcomes, and apply analysis techniques across a range of technical disciplines.
- Identify program/system-level technical risks and develop and execute mitigation strategies for them.
- Actively mentor less experienced engineers and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
