The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to develop strong client relationships and produce high-quality deliverables.

As a defense mission professional, you'll bring your planning, execution, and communications expertise to work on projects supporting the U.S. Army. You'll support executive e nga gements, facilitate preparations and execution of meetings, and draft communications for senior leadership. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients and set the battle rhythm for executing tasks to ensure successful operations.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in defense missions
• 2+ years of experience providing onsite support to clients
• Experience developing executive communications, running in-person and virtual meetings using DoD provided capabilities, managing issues and action items, and consolidating information for senior-level awareness and decision-making
• Ability to translate technical language into layman's terms
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience executing the action and staff officer role on a Joint Staff, Service, or Agency-level headquarter staff, including at the Battalion , Brigade , or Company Commander level
• Knowledge of U.S. Army or DoD processes and policies

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
