Responsibilities
As a Standards Compliance Manager with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Responsible for CAF FSTP/FSTR/Testing ensure DTOC meets mission package standards
- Responsible for MAF DMO standard compliance
- Collaborate & Responsible for SCARS Incremental Standards Certification
- Responsible for developing and executing test plans related to software interoperability with connected training devices
- Collaborate with Training System Support Centers (TSSC) and issue/respond to SPRs as required
- Represent DTOC and ANG DMO standards at standard working groups identified by the government
- Represent DTOC and ANG simulation requirements at industry conferences as required.
- Consult with ANG Staff on OTI enterprise standards and simulator procurement as required.
- Knowledge on CDS technologies and how DTOC M&S tool kits are affected
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and five (5) to seven (7) years of experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree
- SECRET clearance
- Minimum three (3) years in DMO community working with various Air Force and Joint DMO entities, and ensuring Mission Package Standards are complied with
- Experience with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS)
- Experience bridging Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems together, maintaining standards
- General knowledge of SISO and AF Standards related to Distributive Interactive Simulation (DIS) protocol
- General knowledge of SCARS Increment Standards and Certification Process
- Skills in communication, public speaking, and providing constructive feedback
