Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Project/Systems Integrator, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You should have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
- Working on programs with highly technical personnel as well as senior personnel.
- Briefing technical and non-technical staff
- Optimizing business workflows.
- Writing and proof-reading, and experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Building briefings and reports.
- Planning and hosting technical exchange meetings.
- Planning and hosting meetings at a leadership level.
- Data collection and metrics for generating statistics on application and system usage.
- Issue management, knowledge management, and IT service requests.
- Project management systems such as with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow including monitoring and reporting outages.
- Using JIRA methodologies such as Stories, Epics, and Initiatives.
- Working both independently and on teams with minimal oversight.
- On-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills across multiple customer communication needs: writing reports, meeting minutes, point papers, memos, briefings, and ad hoc explanations with the goal of keeping projects on track and moving towards a successful conclusion.
