What you'll do

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Property Administrator to join our dynamic team in Tempe, AZ! This hybrid role offers the unique blend of working collaboratively within our Tempe office and the flexibility of remote work.

Join our dynamic team and play a vital role supporting Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering with Government program compliance. This hybrid on-site/off-site position offers exciting variety, from managing process control documents and overseeing government-owned materials to interfacing with auditors and driving continuous improvement. You'll be a key player in ensuring regulatory compliance (FAR 52.245-1) while collaborating with Program Management on critical tasks like property contract closeouts and loss reporting. The day-to-day

  • Maintain property record databases for uniquely identified property, summary records, subcontractor property, excess property, and disposed property.
  • Prepare various property reports upon request, such as government inventory and government property status reports.
  • Resolve complex issues with sound judgment, ensuring compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
  • Participate in government property-related meetings.
  • Collaborate with Lab Custodians to maintain proper control of property within labs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Program Managers to stay informed of new contracts, modifications, and other changes.
  • Identify and execute property tagging requirements.
  • Interface with Materials, Program Management, and Contracts teams regarding government property requirements.
  • Support the Compliance Leader during regular self-assessment audits.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for the Government Property team.
  • Assist in documenting gains/losses, including the valuation of changes.

What you'll need

  • 3 years' experience basic inventory management and/or material handling.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills when interacting with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Word.
  • Familiar with the requirements to FAR52.245-1.
  • Self-starter who is accountable for their responsibilities and projects.
  • NPMA CPPS certified or willing and able to become certified within 18 months of being hired.
  • US Government Position. US Citizenship Required.

What will help you on the job

  • 2 years of experience specific to managing government assets/property.
  • Experience in an ERP environment with super user responsibilities.
  • Oracle and Sente system experience.
  • Experience working with inventory on government property projects
  • Experience stocking and handling ESD/MSD sensitive materials
  • Strong understanding of handling space hardware or environments with complex compliance requirements
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance

Salary range

$30.29 - $42.79 / hourly. For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $37.5 - $50.48/ hourly
