Athenix Strategic Planner

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for Strategic Planner in the McLean, VA.

Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?

• Develop and evolve documents for Sponsor strategy, program overviews, policy, and implementation goals for stakeholders, users, and leadership external to the Sponsor.
• Provide expertise, best practices, and practical solutions to develop and execute a program management plan across efforts and implement strategy for program success.
• Integrate Sponsor engagement strategy as part of the overall requirements management strategy for the department.
• Support the development, implementation, and execution of governance to enable strategic priorities.
• Engage across organization and management levels to provide recommendations for business process improvements, support the transition and integration of improvements.
• Support the development of strategic technical roadmaps to codify the implementation of strategic goals and objectives.
• Support activities to codify metrics and measures of effectiveness.
• Provide comprehensive responses to internal and external actions.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraphis required
• 12 years of experience supporting the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency performing work specific to crafting policy and/or governance documents, revising policy and governance documents, and coordinating the formulations of said documents into policy.
• Demonstrated experience in the application and interpretation of DNI Directives, Agency Regulations, National Industrial Security Program, Executive Orders, and other national level policies related to the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency.
• Demonstrated experience performing the full lifecycle of policy development, interpretation and implementation with the Sponsor, Sponsor Agency, and/or Sponsor's community partners.
• Demonstrated familiarity with the Sponsor systems for submitting and coordinating approval of new and changes to policies.
• Demonstrated ability in assessing requirements for information, tactical needs, and strategic objectives, performing analysis of existing policies, making recommendations to leadership on implementation, actions and additional considerations
