GENERAL FUNCTION:

• Design & Execute T&E Programs: Lead the design, planning, execution, and reporting of T&E programs, ensuring compliance with DoD processes for aeronautical systems.
• FAA Support: Assist in FAA certifications, performance assessments, and milestone evaluations.
• T&E Documentation: Develop, review, and update T&E requirements, including pre-award documents, evaluation criteria, and contractor proposals.
• Advisory Role & Source Selections: Advise on T&E management for source selections, assist in project team activities, and support test team collaboration with OSD/DOT&E.
• Evaluate T&E Program Requirements: Assess required resources for T&E programs and help secure test resources for major reviews and inspections.
• Test Plan Development: Develop and maintain T&E plans, coordinate testing requirements with customers and contractors.
• Research & Test Strategy: Conduct research to define test requirements, analyze strategies, and recommend facility improvements.
• Prepare Test Documentation: Create and update T&E documentation, perform tradeoff studies, and recommend alternatives strategy.
• Design Reviews & Material Analyses: Conduct solution analyses, assist in design reviews, and ensure compliance with military and commercial standards.
• Interface & CCB Support: Resolve aircraft configuration issues, assist CCB with modifications, and review updates to technical data.
• Data Collection & Evaluation: Evaluate data sufficiency, analyze using M&S techniques, and process data for evaluation.
• Test Data Recommendations: Recommend test data requirements to meet objectives, identify areas for further investigation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:

• MA/MS with 10 years' of directly related experience, OR, BA/BS with 12 years' of directly related experience, OR, 15 years' of directly related experience to this discipline.
• Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access), Microsoft Internet Explorer, and other standard (Customer specified) applications.)
• Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
