Configuration Manager

Overview

Intelligent Waves seeks a detail-oriented Configuration Manager to lead Configuration, Change, and Documentation Management. Responsibilities include maintaining technical baselines, software licenses, and hardware warranties while ensuring process compliance. You'll collaborate with Cybersecurity and Equipment teams to track RMF materials and delivery items and facilitate Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Additionally, you'll oversee documentation quality, version control, and distribution to ensure operational efficiency.

Location & Travel: Based at Nellis AFB, Nevada. Minimal travel is expected (for contingency and surge operations) Travel will be reimbursed based on GSA Per Diem rates and DoD Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).

Security Clearance: This Configuration Manager position must be a United States Citizen and hold a current Secret security clearance.

Adherence to all customer site protocols is mandatory for employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead Configuration, Change, and Documentation Management across the program.
• Develop and maintain Configuration, Change, and Documentation Management processes and master artifact library.
• Maintain control of technical baselines, software licenses, hardware warranties, and site/system information.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Equipment teams to track RMF materials and delivery items.
• Facilitate Requirements and Release Configuration Control Boards.
• Ensure quality control of documentation and distribute materials as needed.
• Track action items and ensure follow-through.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management of government or IT-based system.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience with Life Cycle Systems Management
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: $56,108-147,414
