Program Overview

About The Role

Peraton seeks a Senior Cyber Program Management and Governance Analyst. Location:Taylor Building and Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Tasks include:
  • Provide SME level expertise in Army Staff (ARSTAF) functions and processes.
  • Support the Director's Initiatives Group (DIG) to ensure DAMO is positioned to support Army
  • Coordinate with ODS, OUSD, Joint Staff, Army Secretariat, ACOMs and ACCs
  • Provide intelligence support regarding integration of compartmentalized, sensitive and/or non-kinetic activities to support ACP and operationalize tenets of MDO
  • Provide analysis support for Army strategies, policies, requirements and resources
  • Assist in Congressional responses and other higher authority inquiries
  • Coordinate with IC organizations and agencies
  • Produce high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
  • Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and network operations officials
  • Must be familiar with HQDA processes and systems
  • Must have extensive Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) experience and knowledge
  • Must have completed formal courses equivalent to or relevant to HQDA processes and systems, such as Army War College
  • Requires superior staffing and communication skills to represent DAMO-Strategic Communications
  • The Cyber Analysts and Senior-level experts will have duty at the Senior-level expert requirements will, at a minimum, includes:
    • four years of experience in EW/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level and above,
    • experience and knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, and PPBE
    • an in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
  • Must possess excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project management
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet short-suspense deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires active TS SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI.
  • U.S Citizenship required

  • Active TS SCI clearance
  • Senior-level with 15+ years of US DoD experience

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
