Responsibilities
Technica is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle for software development and the application in production. Includes the technical analysis of requirements, development of the software, automated testing, builds, deployment, monitoring, and feedback.
As a Full Stack Developer position can support hybrid work schedule. When on-site will be in our Patriot's Plaza II (PPII) location in Washington, D.C., or as needed to support mission needs, and telework (remote work). The government has established policies for on-site vs hybrid work which varies across divisions and contracts. Staff are obligated to adhere to these and other FBI policies and react accordingly as policies change over time. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services.
The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $165,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Technica considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, location, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

- Work in conjunction with other government and contractor staff to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application.
- Provide support which will include, but is not limited to, the gathering, analysis, and development of enhancement specifications/requirements provided by the system owner.
- Assist in supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development.

Requirements
The Full Stack Developer candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Active Top-Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
- 8 years of experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web or micro services, database, search).
- Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Angular (version 13 and up) for front-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot for developing microservices and backend systems.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
- Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
