JRAD is seeking an immediate fill position for an experienced CBRN Defense Program Analyst to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) within AF/A4C. This role will manage CBRN Defense programmatic activities, develop policy recommendations, and ensure DAF equities are represented across Joint and NATO modernization and acquisition efforts.
This position is located at the Pentagon and will be telework authorized.
Roles/Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain CBRN Defense policies, governance documents, and action plans.
-Provide briefings, reports, and meeting materials to leadership and stakeholders.
-Advocate for DAF capability needs in CBRN Defense Science & Technology initiatives.
-Support CBRN modernization efforts by attending and contributing to Joint Integrated Concept Team
meetings.
-Provide expert analysis and recommendations on CBRN Defense modernization and acquisition programs.
-Oversee Air Force interests throughout the DoD acquisition lifecycle for Joint CBRN Defense Programs.
-Maintain a web-based collaboration tool to improve CBRN acquisition awareness.
-Organize and support Senior Executive-level working groups for OSD CBRN efforts.
-Ensure Air Force equities are integrated into Joint, DoD, and NATO planning and programming documents.
-Coordinate across DAF enterprise to align research, development, and acquisition priorities.
Required Skills and Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
-12+ years of experience (GS-13/14 equivalent) in Emergency Services and CBRN Defense operations.
-Expertise in corporate policies, CBRN defense programs, and Global Force Management strategies.
-Local to the National Capital Region
