The Data Analyst Consultant will support varied and complex deliverables across a variety of work streams for the PACAF Air Force Civil Engineer program. Provide detailed data analysis updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in, and when PACAF is the lead facilitating, meetings/forums, and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials.
This role is centered around the delivery of business transformation and strategy/policy implementation for a 180,000+ person enterprise. Maintain Air Force governance and programmatic documents to create consistency across Air Force bases in terms of installation support services. They will analyze transformation requirements, provide strategic updates and recommendations to leadership in support of the Air Force Civil Engineer Transformation, enable organizational change management, facilitate policy and program integration efforts, and evaluate external organizations’ work.
The Contractor shall:
• Have the ability to find gaps in PACAF priorities and demonstrate ways to encourage new endeavors to client; tangible and actionable intel to accelerate change.
• Assist with centralizing data and developing unique ways to house and present data.
• Capable of cross functionally supporting PACAF teams with the ability to synthesize different and unique data sets, mission areas, and other operational imperatives.
• Support with any ad hoc tasks requested by the client – including, but not limited to data production, efficiently produce data solutions, and deep-dive analysis of upcoming priorities to the PACAF AOR.
• Ability to collect, review and analyze data sets and create recommendations and decision support documents to help PACAF leaders make changes to support PACAF priorities.
• Ability to develop policy documents and guidance to implement recommendations.
Required skills/Level of Experience:
• Must be local to Hawaii, Hybrid with in person at JBPHH.
• Must hold a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Associate's or equivalent degree in business or data analytics.
• Basic understanding of Pacific AOR.
• Understanding of PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel/Microsoft Suite.
