Integrity Defense Solutions, Inc. (IDS) is small, growth oriented, contracting company that has experienced exponential growth over the last 1.5 years. IDS is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead continued growth, administration, and management of the company. Successful candidates will be expected to manage a single-seat department, take responsibility for compliance, execute HR administrative and general corporate administrative needs, and assist with the sourcing & recruiting of candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the staffing process, including managing job postings, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage training materials & ensure employee completion of contract required trainings.
• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
• Receive, address, investigate, and resolve employee complaints.
• Ensure the organization’s policies are compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems and processes.
• Conduct performance and salary reviews.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage an established employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal requirements.
• Proficient in running salaried payroll and processing expense reimbursements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience with sourcing and recruiting efforts to meet corporate hiring goals.
