Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Program Analyst to support our Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) contract out of Stafford, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate and execute branch meetings by reserving conference rooms, coordinating Secure VTC (SVTC) connectivity, displaying visual media, and recording / disseminating meeting minutes.
  • Assist in updating the branch operations calendar to include all branch meetings and Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) events (planning conferences and event / exercise execution).
  • Assist in developing the branch travel budget for Government (Active Duty and Government Civilians) and Contractors; assist in tracking branch travel costs for Government and Contractor personnel. Provide periodic updates (monthly / quarterly) as required.
  • Assist in updating / maintaining the branch portfolio overview brief, which lists the number of projects and project funding for all Joint Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) programs by fiscal year (FY).
  • Assist in updating / maintaining the branch placemat slides for inclusion in the MCWL Commanding General's Battle Book.
  • Assist in updating / maintaining the branch's Joint RDT&E Program "101" briefs.
  • Assist in updating / maintaining the branch's Standing Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Assist in archiving all USMC S&T Priority Guidance documents on an annual basis.
  • Assist in monitoring the status of all Task Management Tool (TMT) tasks assigned to the branch.
  • Assist in compiling the branch's Monthly Status Report (MSR).
  • Assist with Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) tasks to include posting branch files to the appropriate folders in Microsoft Teams channels, SharePoint sites, and Shared Drives on classified and unclassified domains.
  • Assist in reviewing Joint RDT&E project proposals as required.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of related program support experience
  • Strong organization and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Must have experience working in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience supporting technical working groups, including recording minutes and action items.
  • Understanding financial management procedures.


Clearance Requirement:
  • Must have an active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.
