DUTIES:
Operate and maintain various military simulation systems, ensuring their accuracy and functionality in support of military training exercises. Operator level knowledge of at least two simulation systems or components within the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC), Combat Training Center-Instrumentation System (CTC-IS), and/or similar follow-on systems.
• Initialize and prepare simulation systems, including cold start and shutdown procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of exercise data, databases, and maintain system logs.
• Build rotational scenario database products and modify scenarios as directed.
• Train and coach unit personnel on simulation systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting of application-level software and operating systems.
• Operate a Warfighter’s Simulation (WARSIM) Battle Space Work Station (BSWS) and/or configure the WARSIM Mission Command Adapter.
• Familiar with configuring and operation the Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) and associated image generation tools such as the Virtual Reality Scene Generator (VRSG).
• Perform additional duties as required and learn new systems as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of four years’ experience supporting military training or operations.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or LINUX operating systems.
• Experience with at least one of the following:
• Army Command and Control (C2) systems
• Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms or products
• Distributed military simulations (DIS and/or HLA)
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least one of the following certifications:
• A+
• Network+
• Linux+
• CCNA
• MCSA or MCSE
• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Digital Master Gunner Training.
• At least four years’ experience integrating live-virtual-constructive training in military exercises.
Additional Requirements:
• Must have or be eligible for a SECRET security clearance
• Must be able to travel unaccompanied to domestic and international locations.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with random drug screenings.
