Position Overview:
Supports the corporate and joint venture companies with DCSA compliant activities. The position requires an FSO certification to properly authorize, access, and manage DCSA Safeguarding requirements. The FSO is also responsible for the physical security of all Advanced IT facilities. The FSO is required to maintain all documentation and prepare for Internal, ISO 9001, & DCSA audits.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required, BS preferred
• 5+ years relevant work experience
• Possess DCSA/STEPP certification for Possessing Facility Security Officer
• DCSA Audit experience
• ISO audit experience
• New Hire training of protocol experience
• Possess strong time management and prioritization skills
• Must be highly organized with attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently
• Recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
• Active TS clearance

Responsibilities:

• DISS (NBIS), NISS, ACCS, APACS, SPOT
• DMDC, CISA
• Manage and document security-related training requirements for Corporate and Joint Venture Companies
• Manage access and control of Corporate and Joint Venture Companies Secret GSA Container
• Manage and coordinate internal FSO training
• Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs as required
• Ensure proper security measures are in place for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or the IT department
• Manage alarm system for the Florida facilities by adding and deleting employees and other functions
• Develop, document and enact processes and accountability for multiple functions, such as any related Policies, Procedures and Controls
