We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven ServiceNow Developer/Integration Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow integrations to enhance business workflows, automate processes, and improve service management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow APIs, data transformation, and secure integration practices. This role requires proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and ITSM/ITOM tools using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub. Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scripted APIs to ensure seamless data exchange is essential, as is experience working with MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, and external database integrations.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Qualifications: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) with ITSM experience
Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub to automate processes and improve service delivery
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including business stakeholders and development teams) to gather integration requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs
• Data Transformation: Implement effective data mapping and transformation strategies to ensure smooth data exchange between ServiceNow and external systems
• Security and Compliance: Ensure secure data transfer between ServiceNow and external applications, adhering to security standards such as OAuth, SSO, and other authentication protocols
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability of integrated systems
• Automation and Optimization: Leverage ServiceNow’s Flow Designer and other tools to automate workflows and optimize existing integration processes, enhancing overall system performance
• Error Handling and Notifications: Implement robust error handling, logging, and event management to ensure seamless operations and provide timely alerts and notifications
• Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support and training for internal teams and end users on ServiceNow integrations and best practices
Required Skills:
• Experience: Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, with a strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, data transformation techniques, and integration tools such as MID Server, Integration Hub, and JDBC
• Security Knowledge: Proficiency in implementing secure integrations, including a strong understanding of OAuth, SSO, and authentication/authorization protocols
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with the ability to identify and resolve integration issues quickly
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• ServiceNow Modules: Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integration (CIS-I)
• ITIL Foundation Certification
