Summary: Our client is searching for an experienced Virtualization Network Engineer for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, have a strong background in virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Proxmox, Cisco and others to build cutting-edge solutions to support worldwide high-priority missions enabling the nation's defense and responding to evolving adversaries.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with virtualization technology, such as VMware, Proxmox, or Cisco
• Experience translating customer requirements into a deployed virtualized environment
• Experience supporting a distributed multi-site networking environment
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with vCenter and ESXi hypervisors on a distributed network to enable VDI communications
• Experience with enterprise storage technology, including Network Attached Storage (NAS) via Network File System (NFS)
• Experience using VMware PowerCLI using Microsoft PowerShell or similar program
• Experience with VDI
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
