HOW AN USER ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
User Administrator is responsible for the provisioning, management, and security of user accounts and access rights. They will work with users to resolve access issues and provide technical support. Must possess a working knowledge of the principles of information, data, records and knowledge management. Addresses the tactical and strategic information and data management needs in support of both mission and business processes. Supports the cradle-to-grave management of information and data in accordance with records management principles.
Specific duties include:

• Education: High School/GED with Technical Training, Certification(s) or Bachelor's Degree
• Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Required Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph
• Required Skills and Abilities:
• Location: On Customer Site
• US Citizenship Required

User Administrator is responsible for the provisioning, management, and security of user accounts and access rights. They will work with users to resolve access issues and provide technical support. Must possess a working knowledge of the principles of information, data, records and knowledge management. Addresses the tactical and strategic information and data management needs in support of both mission and business processes. Supports the cradle-to-grave management of information and data in accordance with records management principles.
Specific duties include:
- Analysis of user requirements, processes, procedures and problems to improve / support business processes
- Develop, document and revise tool/application procedures, test procedures and quality standards
- Review system/application capabilities to include legacy, commercially available, and agency provided
- Develop and administrator training for IT tools and applications
- Manage data/information structure within systems/applications
- Manage Electronic Records Management capabilities
- Respond to legal and FOIA requests
- Support electronic collaboration capabilities, configuration and user management which includes: SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, MatterMost and Open Text
- Mentor and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- May serve as a team, project or task lead.
- Support implementation of Digital Engineering to include configuration and user support.
- Rational Doors Next Generation (RDNG)
- Cameo Modeler
- Enterprise Schedule Server (ESS)
- Strong technical skills, including experience with user provisioning, user management, access control, and security
- Strong soft skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Participates in special projects as required.

- Must possess appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment; either CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), OR CCNA-Security. CompTIA Security+ CE is the preferred certification
