Job Title: Sea Combat Commander (SCC/SUW/USW/Z) - Contingent Upon Contract Award
Location: San Diego, CA
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
Period of Performance: Five (5) Years
Duties
Security Clearance: "Secret" level clearance at time of award.
Experience Requirements:
--Naval Warfare Specialist. Must have Naval Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as a Sea Combat (SCC/SUW/USW/Z) Warfare Coordinator or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Coordinator, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members.
--Must have experience operating a tactical training type of military system such as BFTT, JSAF/MARCI System.
--Must have experience in naval warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.
--Must have scenario development/training experience and configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems:
Modeling and Simulation, Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF), Multi-System and Tactical Voice/Data Communications.
--Must have experience as a qualified Surface Warfare Coordinator

* 15 years or greater of experience in the U.S military preferred (U.S. Navy at the E6 experience level or above is highly desired).
* Bachelor's degree in logistics or a business discipline is required.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook) is required.
Position requires an active DoD security clearance.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to thirty (30) pounds as necessary.
