Work you'll do:
  • Ensure quality and efficiency of team performance and resolving technical issues
  • Ensure successful fielding and sustainment of applications and hardware across the enterprise
  • Oversee a team of tier 1 and tier 2 technicians providing help desk support and ensure high quality customer service is provided to the end user.
  • Support system administration services including installing, supporting, and maintaining servers and applications as well as planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
  • Oversee the development of system architecture documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • 10+ years' experience managing network and systems operations including
  • 5+ years leading development teams using agile or similar methodologies
  • Experience in systems and network operations to include design, development, deployment, installation, configuration, sustainment, and technical support for applications and hardware
  • Preferred skills:
  • Holding one of the following certs is desired: CCNA, CISSP, Cisco CyberOps Professional, Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE), and/or Palo Alto Network Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
  • Extensive experience or training in Palo Alto configuration, Cisco, or Gigamon desired.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Nevada, New York state, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,370 to $228,950.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
