GCyber is seeking an Operations Voice Manager, to support a high profile DISA customer. As an Operations Voice Manager, you will ensure the seamless delivery of voice services, including VoIP and Telecomm, within a high-security environment.

As an Operations Voice Manager, you will:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of voice communication systems, including VoIP and telecom, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of voice communications professionals, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for scalable, resilient, and secure voice communication infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize impact on operations and service quality
- Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security standards, including TS and SCI requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvement through industry best practices and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
- 10+ years if experience in voice communication operations, with a focus on VoIP and Telecomm technologies within a DoD environment
- Security+ Certification
