Job Description
Position will support the Government Technical Program Manager (TPM) by handling a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure interactions between the organization and stakeholders are positive and productive.
Additional duties will include frontline assistance to the IT Help Desk. You'll be answering phone calls and monitoring the ticket system. You'll be trained on the proper script (SOPs). You'll learn to perform password resets and will route complex requests to the appropriate team for action.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81156 - $137964
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Position will support the Government Technical Program Manager (TPM) by handling a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure interactions between the organization and stakeholders are positive and productive.
- Manage a shared access folder with licenses and software expirations, ensuring access for all customer stakeholders and supporting the renewal process.
- Manage mobile service tracking of over 400 lines of service and migration of that into a database.
- Expected to scribe for meetings and distribute information as appropriate
- Responsible for scheduling/managing calendars and meeting invites
- Shall coordinate between a range of staff and external stakeholders
- Assist in the management of office equipment and supplies
