Program Manager

As a lead Program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by supporting our Air Force Client. The Client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in Program and Project Management, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 10+ years of experience in DoD acquisition or logistics for DoD and major systems or programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects in dynamic environments
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in supporting modifications, sustainment, contract management, budgeting, and execution
- Knowledge of Level II Program Manager/APDP and Level II Life Cycle Logistics/APDP
- Top Secret clearance
