Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is looking for talented and experienced Business Analyst located at Wright-Patterson AAFB.This position is fully on-site.The Business Analyst will serve as the Functional/Requirements Lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role involves coordinating Information Support Requests (ISRs) between the Government's Program Management Office (PMO) and our team. ISRs are work requests not covered by Change Requests (CRs), Deficiency Reports (DRs), or routine system surveillance. These requests typically involve contractor support for activities such as attending technical interchange meetings, providing rough order of magnitude estimates for new requirements, and evaluating new versions of Government COTS products.

The Government PMO has an established Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Deficiency Review Board (DRB) consisting of Government PMO staff, functional SMEs, and contractor technical staff, including the PM, Business Analyst, Lead Developer, and Lead Cloud Engineer. When the Government receives a DR, it is reviewed for submission to the DRB to categorize and prioritize according to Information Systems Management Tool (ISMT) severity levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Functional/Requirements Lead and SME
  • Coordinate ISRs between the Government PMO and our team
  • Attend technical interchange meetings and provide rough order of magnitude estimates for new requirements
  • Evaluate new versions of Government COTS products
  • Participate in the CCB and DRB to categorize and prioritize DRs
  • Understand the needs and goals of the business.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations and processes.
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze data to uncover patterns and solutions.
  • Design and implement effective business strategies and plans.
  • Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, or other methods to analyze information and develop practical solutions.
  • Develop detailed business reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Assist in the design or modification of business systems or IT systems.
  • Interact with the technical team to ensure that requirements are clear.
  • Plan and monitor various projects.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills with knowledge of data models, database design development, and data mining.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and experience in data visualization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Problem-solving abilities to analyze situations, diagnose problems, and develop viable solutions to improve business processes and systems
Requirements:
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a strong foundational understanding of the filed, including project management, business process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Must have US citizenship and have at least a secret level security clearance
  • Certified Business Analysis Proffessional (CBAP) Certification of Compentency in Business Analysis (CCBA), or Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
