Systems Intelligence is excited to uphold the Army Software Factory's mission of enabling Soldiers to become software professionals. We are looking for a Product Management Intermediate Software Developer to ensure and enforce Army Software Factory practices are followed within their assigned Software Development Unit.
Travel:
CONUS travel in performance of the contract will be determined at the time of need.
Shift:
Core business hours of 8:45 A.M through 5:15 P.M central time, Monday through Friday, with eight working (non-lunch) hours per day
Prescribed period during which lunch may be taken: 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

Responsibilities
As a senior practitioner in their craft, the individual who fills this role is responsible mentoring and guiding Coaches for continuous, integrated alignment in support of Army Software Factory enablement. Responsibilities include:
- Executing practice standards.
- Addressing acute needs within the Software Development Unit.
- Radiating insights for practice health, check-ins, and assessments across Software Development Unit's and within the Learning Office to whom they are accountable to.
- Leverage tools and processes to enable the Software Development Unit's to adapt to emerging needs.
- Supporting novice Soldiers when dedicated pairs are unavailable.
- Providing rapid practice feedback to practitioners.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as Product Manager.
- Capable of coaching and managing the development of multiple intermediate product managers and products including resource management, product strategy (physical or digital), functional requirements, and releases.
- 2 years of experience coaching and coordinating work done of teams of functions (like software engineers, security, compliance, data scientists, and product designers).
- Familiar with lean and DevSecOps principles.
- Able to confer with systems analysts, engineers, and others to design applications and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
- Capable of managing client relationships, including determining client needs/requirements, managing client expectations, and demonstrating commitment to delivering quality results.
- Ability to obtain interim Secret clearance prior to start date and achieve/maintain Secret clearance upon final adjudication.
