JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly motivated and driven IT Help Desk Specialist to work Hybrid supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide engineering tools, services, and IT Help Desk support to improve efficiency in the development, management, and delivery of tools, data, information, and knowledge base to a wide range of customers, including the Department of the Navy (DoN), the Department of the Army (DA), the Department of the Air Force (DAF), the United State Marine Corps (USMC), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG).
  • Support the design, development, sustainment, and enhancement of web-based applications, systems engineering tool environments, and the infrastructures supporting those environments.
  • Support systems engineering tools, networking, hardware, cloud, virtualization, and other like support services to ensure the continued successful execution of operations.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience providing IT Help Desk support to complete user requests for information and technical assistance via telephone, trouble ticket, e-mail, or chat to include technical connectivity resolution and hardware, software, and procedural issues using all the necessary resources.
  • Experience in administering account request activities, such as addition and deletion of user accounts, verification, and validation of account creation and user access for all supported web applications and system engineering tools.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and researching technical issues and advising appropriate actions to reach a resolution.
  • Experience in communicating and collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot issues.
  • Experience with 24/7 monitoring to support remote administration of system and system support environments.
  • Experience monitoring hardware and systems for issues, maintaining the latest firmware, performance monitoring, environmental monitoring, etc.
  • Experience in documenting outages and communicating with internal/external customers.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or comparable preferred.

COMPENSATION

The likely salary range for this position is $62,300 - $75,500 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.
