ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Associate CNO Software Developer to join our team in Hanover, MD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop new hardware or software based CNO capabilities.
- Assist with designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
- Apply knowledge of security concepts and networks.
- Ensure software standards are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent OR 4+ years of relevant experience without a BS degree.
- Experience in Python and C/C++ programming.
- Troubleshooting / debugging experience.
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understand CNO development concepts.
- Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
- Understand assembly programming concepts.
- Unit Test experience.
- Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)
- Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
- Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
- Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
