ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented GEOINT Analysts to join our teams in Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO!

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct GEOINT analysis on national security issues by utilizing multiple sources of geospatial data, specialized imagery, and geospatial tradecraft.
  • Integrate multi-intelligence source content, coordinate across communities of interest/regional and functional offices, and reach back to support elements and/or mission partner to obtain GEOINT support.
  • Provide timely, relevant, accurate GEOINT analysis of military, regime, and humanitarian issues related to countries and issues to policy makers, allied organizations, military, and the IC
  • Publish formal written products, which require little to no editing, including, but not limited to, Cedalion database remarks, baseline descriptions, PULSE reports, and GEOINT Notes.
  • Conduct multi-INT research to support or provide background for imagery analysis conducted against mission specific issues.
  • Apply structured observation management (SOM) and activity-based intelligence (ABI) techniques applicable to the topic
  • Coordinate and collaborate with NGA, DoD, IC, ASG and foreign partners on issues of common concern.
  • Conduct GEOINT analysis against issues in assigned AOR, using various methodologies and spatial temporal data derived from imagery, intelligence databases, and other sources and use understanding of geographic information science and technology, spatial thinking, remote sensing, GIS, intelligence issues, and the social and physical sciences to create information, characterize events, and discover relationships and trends in support of national security
  • Create shapefiles, geo-databases, and data retrieval/storage to support intelligence analysis
  • Extract and acquire geospatial information, derivative information, and multi-INT data for analysis, visualization and modeling to address mission-specific intelligence issues
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and remain flexible under changing requirements
  • Produce descriptive and/or predictive analyses and communicate findings, as written, visual, and/or oral geospatial intelligence
  • Produce non-standard and/or informal products, which require little to no editing, including, but not limited to graphics, infographics, maps, and briefings tailored to mission-specific issues

Minimum Requirements:
  • 4 years of GEOINT experience.
  • GEOINT Education/Training in lieu of experience:
    • Associate's degree can be substituted for 2 years.
    • Bachelor's degree can be substituted for 3 years of experience.
    • Master's degree can be substituted for 2 years.
    • PhD can be substituted for 3 years.
    • Professional certifications can account for 0.5 years.
  • Experience using all existing types of commercial and NTM imagery sources for analysis
  • Experience conducting search missions with softcopy tools
  • Experience operating IEC softy copy exploitation workstations
  • Experience identifying military installations and conducting military infrastructure and order of battle analysis
  • Experience conducting historical imagery research

Desired Qualifications
  • 10 years of GEOINT Experience
  • Regional expertise to AOR, expertise in photogrammetry, remote sensing, or image processing.
  • Strong knowledge of the intelligence collection process to include NGA's relationships with other IC Agencies.
  • MS Word, PowerPoint, database entry and graphic design principles skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain & maintain a Poly

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
