Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking an experienced military planner to establish defensive mission planning process, develop and track detailed plans, develop artifacts for use throughout the mission cycle, and to lead the development of training curriculum. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Department of Defense networks, military planning and coordination, and training development and execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading government contractor and support the national security mission.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct mission planning for cyber defensive operations throughout the mission lifecycle
• Establish mission planning process; establishing documentation requirements, routing workflows, and mission reporting standards to support effective transition
• Coordinate with mission partners for joint mission planning and execution
• Advise government on mission approval, including risks to mission during execution
• Establish mission reconnaissance and site survey standards to inform further mission activities and support planning
• Lead development of training curriculum to support mission transition
• Identify and plan mitigation to mission risks throughout the mission lifecycle
• Provide support for other mission-related tasks, including advising leadership, developing and presenting briefing material, and other relevant work under ACO-AR
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience with military planning, including the Joint Planning Process or Service equivalents
• 10+ years of experience with enterprise and local networking, network transport, and/or data centers
• Experience administering or developing military training
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 5 years of experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with military officers and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Occasional travel to enable mission and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience employing tradecraft to minimize risks to operational security
• Demonstrated experience with curriculum development for cyber operations
• Demonstrated experience with network engineering or planning

• Top Secret clearance required
