ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring a Program Manager - Executive Support Contract to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As the Executive Assistant Program Manager, you will provide highly specialized administrative support to senior DOD officials. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your leadership, program management experience, and expertise with communication as you manage a large team supporting the DoD client. WHO YOU ARE
- Active Top-Secret with SCI
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; or High school diploma and 10 years prior military experience working in an Administrative Support or Human Resources role.
- 5 Years direct experience supporting senior leader (general officer/flag officer/senior executive service level) providing highly specialized administrative support using communication skills, both written and oral, to include preparation of written products for use and the ability to communicate at all levels
- Possess excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively and often with senior government officials and their staff
- Behave professionally and ethically; be responsive, consistent, and produce high quality work products.
- Program Management experience (Active PMI, PMP, or DAWIA PM certification)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing on-site leadership, supervision, and management of contractor personnel
- Work with the Task Monitor to create efficient and effective teams across the organization; addressing issues that affect timely and effective delivery of services
- Serve as a single point of contact for the COR and Task Monitor; keep government POCs regularly informed of the status of personnel actions
- Participate in the interview process of any potential candidate for the contract
- Establish, implement, maintain, and document appropriate onboarding processing and training materials
- Develop and maintain continuity of services materials for daily operations
