ActioNet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager for the Indo-Pacific Region requiring an Active Secret clearance located in S.Korea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly within Department of Defense (DoD) efforts. This role requires a professional with over 10 years of industry experience and a proven track record of success in capture management and business development.
SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
ActioNet is an IT/Cyber service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. In this role, you will be responsible of managing the Indo-Pacific Region within the Defense Programs Business Unit based on either customer-specific and/or geographical boundaries.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage capture efforts for large, complex bids, particularly those related to DoD projects.
Develop and implement capture strategies and win themes.
Conduct competitive analysis and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals.
Engage with potential clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
Support the establishment and growth of new capabilities.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
Strong base of contacts with proven track record of obtaining and servicing new accounts
Work with Senior Management in defining business goals and developing capture plans
Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) and Oversight for all projects/programs within the Indo-Pacific Region
Recruit, retain and manage the Region's employees and execute performance evaluations as required
Responsible for executing ActioNet's Program/Contract Management Lifecycle activities and adhering to the company's Quality Management Program
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field
10+ Years of Experience managing and growing Programs within the Indo-Pacific Region.
At least 5 years of business development experience working on Department of Defense efforts.
Shipley training and certification in capture management.
Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex capture efforts.
Previous experience working with developing Federal IT business for small and growing businesses.
Strong background in network engineering is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
