HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area
• Manage daily activities of the assigned team
• Responsible for developing and motivating staff while promoting teamwork
• Responsible for staff scheduling and deployment of work packages
• Provide financial management oversight for program and maintain budget
• Develops and maintains project plans, documents and customer deliverables

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Preferred Skills: PMP and Security Plus
Location: Hampton, Virginia
