ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is a premier provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. We are currently seeking a Training Supervisor.

General Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and leadership across the organizations training and communications teams.
  • Coordinate implementation of training and development organizational goals as defined by senior leadership team.
  • Develop Training Plan
  • Support organizational business development opportunities and initiatives.
  • Provide effective communication to external customer(s) and vendors on all issues affecting training.
  • Provide effective communication to internal organizations and collaborate with product leadership to implement engineering organization goals.
  • Collaborate on the definition and execution of organization improvements to process and product quality.
  • Support evaluations/audits from both internal and external organizations
  • Establish, execute, and status an organizational training plan.
  • Establish, review, and evaluate course materials.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify workforce training initiatives.
  • Develop processes for team use, mentor staff, and train junior team members
  • Oversight of university partnership in regard to Master's Programs.
  • Hire, manage, and performance appraise staff.

Requirements/Desired Skills:
  • Minimum 2-4 years related experience
  • Strong communication skills needed to interface with internal stakeholders and senior leadership team on significant training matters requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.
  • Experience with databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to effectively teach, coach, and work with teams.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications including Teams, Streams, and Forms
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and program management processes.
  • Working knowledge of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Model
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Computer Science, or related course of study) or equivalent related work experience.
  • Must have US Citizenship to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance.
