Athenix Risk Management Analyst

Athenix Solutions Group is looking for Risk Management Analyst to work in McLean, VA area.

Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?

• Developing, coordinating, and maintaining internet knowledge base/risk framework, data model, lexicon, and questionnaires to assist providers, system owners and users
• Assisting with the development of the internet decision tree to fully automate the questionnaire
• Utilizing experience working in a broad set of intelligence roles in operations and leadership capacities to inform and support customer decision making
• Identifying technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities, and processes evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment
• Providing technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
• Incorporating new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations
• Interacting with the Senior Government leadership roles regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts
• Regularly communicates, coordinates, and briefs with other program personnel, government overseers, senior executives, and end-customer user teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A BA or BS degree required in related field.
• Thirteen years' experience as Systems Engineer, or as a manager of engineering functional office in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Strong Internet Ops tradecraft skill set
• Demonstrated experience assessing risk, impacts, and developing contingencies to mitigate those issues
• Demonstrated experience analyzing structure and unstructured data and streamlining business process, making customized algorithms and data modeling
• Demonstrated experience working with risk frameworks
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization and link analysis
• Demonstrated experience performing strategic systems planning
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices
• Demonstrated experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical and mission audiences
• Demonstrated experience in making logical, fact-based informed decisions about mission internet technology solutions and their usage
• Demonstrated experience identifying technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities and process
• Demonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives
• Demonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in related field.
• Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of information in an organized and comprehensible manner
• Demonstrated experience identifying and validating requirements from user stories and engagement
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with sponsor staff, IT customers and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels
