Your Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train top-tier talent.
• Oversee HR processes, including benefits administration, compensation analysis, and compliance.
• Support managers and employees with guidance on HR policies, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive HR innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: 5-7 years of HR management experience (2+ years in leadership).
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
