Configuration and Data Handling (C&DH) Analyst

Aegis Aerospace is currently accepting applications for a Configuration and Data Handling (C&DH) Analyst with federal government contracting experience to join our team in Denver, Colorado (Waterton Campus).

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite duties 4 days per week. The expected salary is $70,000.00 -$110,000.00 per year depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Overview

The purpose of this position is to support the prime contractor by providing C&DH expertise for the Geo-XO spacecraft. This role supports Aegis' contract with Lockheed Martin (LM) in Denver, CO. The C&DH support person will collaborate with LM's team to develop and validate entry and exit criteria for the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR), ensuring compliance with LM's data and handling processes. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and overseeing documentation, managing resulting actions, and addressing any issues with stakeholders to ensure the success of all design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining entry and exit criteria for PDR and CDR review milestones
• Assigning and tracking tasks and action items to responsible stakeholders
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables
• Reviewing and verifying completeness of stakeholder slide decks, including meeting minutes, to ensure all required information is included
• Conducting regular follow-up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are being completed and to address any issues or concerns
• Support weekly meetings with recording minutes, including action items and task assignments
• Track PDR and CDR actions and requirements and ensure they are completed on time

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering related discipline
• Must have experience working on federal government contracts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience managing data and tracking actions using database and workflow systems
• Background in complex engineering product design projects, preferably in aerospace or defense industries
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with project managers, leads, customers, and contract colleagues
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and contract personnel, ensuring a cooperative and professional interface
• Demonstrated sound judgment in setting objectives, priorities, and milestones
• Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to achieving project goals and meeting deadlines
